PETALING JAYA: Scanwolf Corp Bhd’s wholly owned subsidiary, Scanwolf Marketing Sdn Bhd, has entered into a partnership with Signature International Bhd to strengthen their presence in the business-to-project (B2P) segment.

The collaboration will leverage both parties’ strengths through combined offerings of flooring materials and kitchen cabinets.

In addition, within the business-to-business (B2B) and business-to-consumer (B2C) markets, Signature’s wholly owned subsidiary, Signature Distribution Sdn Bhd, together with Scanwolf Marketing, have signed a distributorship agreement with Beyond Bath Sdn Bhd. Under this deal, both companies have been appointed as authorised dealers of products under the “Sorento” brand.

As part of the agreement, the three companies will collaborate to promote each other’s products while tapping into their existing business platforms.

Speaking at the memorandum of understanding ceremony and the launch of Scanwolf Flooring’s sales gallery in Kota Damansara, Selangor, company representatives highlighted the potential opportunities arising from global market shifts. They noted that demand from the US and European Union remains strong for vinyl flooring, creating prospects for growth despite global uncertainties such as the Russia-Ukraine conflict and intensifying US-China trade tensions.

On the distributorship, Signature group’s project business CEO described the appointment as a move that aligns with its long-term plans for strategic expansion in the project segment.

Beyond Bath managing director CK Lee added that integrating Signature and Scanwolf’s product offerings will enhance value to developers, particularly in upcoming property projects. He also said that Beyond Bath’s Sorento Master Club platform would benefit significantly from this collaboration.

Scanwolf Marketing general manager Tan Yann Kang emphasised that the agreements aim to build a long-term strategic alliance, strengthen brand presence, and deliver value to clients.

“The ultimate objective is to create a healthy ecosystem for the building material and furnishing industries, which benefits both our business partners and our clients in the long run,” he said.

To further support industry stakeholders, Scanwolf Flooring has also launched a new website to enhance communication with designers, small contractors, and distributors.
