Scanwolf Marketing Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Scanwolf Corporation Berhad (SCANWOLF) has signed an Exclusive Distributorship Agreement with Signature Cabinet Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Signature International Berhad following the official launch of Scanwolf Flooring flagship showroom located at 3, Jalan Pekaka Lot 8/1D,52C, Kota Damansara 47810 Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia.
The joint collaboration aims to strengthen the strategic partnership between Scanwolf and Signature within the B2P segment focusing specifically on project sales. The ultimate aim of the collaboration is to create value for its client through the renowned flooring material and kitchen cabinets offered respectively.
To effectively penetrate the B2B and B2C segment, Scanwolf Marketing Sdn Bhd had also entered into a Distributorship Agreement with both Signature Distribution Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Signature International Berhad and Beyond Bath Sdn Bhd (Sorento Master Club) and the appointment of both parties as Authorised Dealer with the understanding that all parties will collaborate not only to cross-selling each other’s brand but to utilise the existing business platform and sales network to create values to its client.
Scanwolf being the only local resilient flooring manufacturer in Malaysia specialising in both residential and commercial sectors with an annual capacity of up to 1.6 million square meters will be enhanced significantly with the collaboration with Signature Group, being the leading kitchen supplier and the record holder of the largest kitchen retail network in Malaysia for both retail and corporate project segments.
Both companies seek to pool their respective resources and expertise to join forces in penetrating both the project market and consumer market. Signature will use its competitive advantages and expertise in the built-in kitchens and wardrobes segment to enrich Scanwolf products and services offerings to developers and its consumers. This collaboration is further strengthened with the partnership with Beyond Bath Sdn Bhd, where Scanwolf products will be formally introduced and shared through the Sorento Master Club platform that is catered exclusively to interiors designers. Exclusive members of Sorento Master Club will have full access to detailed information on all of Scanwolf’s product offerings.
The collaboration signing event was held in Scanwolf flooring showroom at Kota Damansara and the companies were represented by their key executives Mr KS Lau (刘国祥), Signature Group Project Business’s Chief Executive Officer, Mr Tan Yann Kang( 陈 燕 康 ), General Manager of Scanwolf Marketing, Mr CK. Lee (李志强), Managing Director, Beyond Bath Sdn Bhd and Mr Skyler Chong(张棋顺), Retail CEO Signature distribution Sdn BHD
The event was witnessed by distinguished guests, which includes Scanwolf Corporation’s Deputy Chairman Dato’ Sri Dr. Sherwin Chew (拿督斯里周正义博士) also Scanwolf Corporation’s Executive Director Dato’ CK Cheong (拿督张镇瀚), Scanwolf Corporation’s Executive Director Dato’ Tan Sin Keat (拿督陈信吉) and Scanwolf Corporation’s Executive Director Mr Ng Chee Wai (吴志威) along with all the media representatives.

Scanwolf Flooring had also launched a new website to have better communication with all the designers, small contractors and distributors.
Besides that, Scanwolf Corporation’s Executive Director Dato’ CK Cheong also commented that these collaborations will enhance the company’s future revenue and profit the group looking forward to more similar collaborations in the future.
After the agreements were signed, Scanwolf Corporation proceeded on to have the official launching of the flagship store of Scanwolf Flooring.
Scanwolf Corporation’s Deputy Chairman Dato’ Sri Dr. Sherwin Chew also told the media: “Scanwolf is currently in discussions with various parties and actively pursuing our next agency for our flagship store. We aim to set up 5 showrooms in 2022 and 12 sales galleries within 3 years.“
Dato’ Sri Dr. Sherwin Chew also mentioned that the company successfully completed the private placement of about 17M new shares and raised an amount of nearly RM9.5M. The proceeds from the private placement will finance upcoming expansion: investing in a new SPC flooring production line to complement our existing range of vinyl flooring products, upgrading current production and purchase of raw materials, including hiring new talents to join the Company.
